Frequently Asked Questions
-
Golden Spark Foundations is a male-focused service.
I specialise in working with men because my lived experience, professional background and mentoring approach are specifically aligned with supporting men who are rebuilding structure, direction and purpose in their lives.
While I do not work with women, I recognise the importance of appropriate support services and would always encourage women to engage with providers who specialise in supporting their needs.
I do work with young men from the age of 13 and above, depending on suitability and capacity for support.
All clients under 18 will require appropriate consent and assessment before support begins.

Capacity is intentionally limited to ensure safe, consistent and high-quality support.
At this stage, I work with a maximum of 4 participants at any one time.
This allows me to maintain a high level of individual attention, consistency in planning, and quality of in-person support.
Each participant’s support is delivered within scheduled availability and agreed capacity limits.
